Contig is very short and top hits of blasting the
predicted sequence against Genbank get bacterial P-type ATPases |

Short 1400nt contig which the syngenta annotation
says is probably a bacterial contaminant |

gene mark only found 100aa coding region.Probably
just a random occurrence of DKTGTLT. BGI sequence agrees |

Looks like a Mg ATPase very close to mgtA, but it
does have introns so it is unlikely to be a contaminant!! I blasted about 200
bp upstream of the gene against genebank and didn't get any hits longest than
10-20 bp with high evalues. There are ext hits but none of them seem to be
for this gene. This sequence didn't show up in either the BGI sequence or the
IGRSP sequence. |
