Scan for Motifs/Domains
This page is used to scan a protein sequence for motifs and domains known to occur in kinases and phosphatases. Motifs and Domains from the PROSITE and Pfam databases are updated at regular intervals. This search is limited to those domains known to occur in plant protein kinases, protein phosphatases, and metal transporters.

Name (optional)
The name is for your information only, it does not affect the search

Protein sequence
Paste a protein sequence here. The protein sequence should be either in plain text or in fasta format. Spaces, numbers, and other non-alphabetic characters in the sequence will be ignored.
